We make every effort to have satisfied customers.  When finalizing your order, you agree to pay all charges stated in the checkout process.  We agree to ship you exactly what you ordered in a timely manner.  That's just good business.

ITEMS ORDERED ON OUR WEBSITE

To Cancel an item ordered on our website: Call us the next business day and we will probably be able to catch the item(s) before they ship and process a full refund.

To Return an item ordered on our website: Call us and let us know what you wish to return. We like to handle returns over the phone because we want to make your life easy. We charge a flat $8 return fee. This fee includes return shipping and pickup at your location by UPS. You do not need to go to the Post Office or a shipping center. We said easy.

Return Procedure:

1. Call us at 800-421-8906 and let us know what you're returning.
   You can also let us know where it is most convenient to have UPS come pickup the package (Home or office).
2. We will send you via email a return packing list to enclose in the box with an RMA number and instructions. Try to use the original shipping container if possible. Securely tape the carton closed.
3. We will issue a UPS call-tag for three pickup attempts at the address you provided.
